Who we are

ANALYTICSBUDDY.AI PTE. LTD. (“Analytics Buddy”, “we”), a company registered in Singapore, is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. We build Nelson, an AI sales coach for insurance advisors.

This policy covers this website — analyticsbuddy.ai — and the contact form on it. Use of the Nelson product itself is governed by the separate terms and privacy notice you accept when your account is created.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the contact form and choose to send us: your name, work email address, and optionally your company, the number of advisors on your team, and a free-text message describing what you hope Nelson helps with. We also record that you ticked the consent box, and when.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies for tracking. Please do not include personal data about your clients in the message field.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use these details for a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you want, to scope a pilot with your advisor team. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Our basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below); the form will not submit without it.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our sales inbox (queries@analyticsbuddy.ai) and stored in our logging system on Google Cloud, which we use as our infrastructure provider. Google Cloud processes it on our instructions. Our infrastructure is hosted in Singapore, but our staff and our providers may access it from elsewhere, including India. We do not share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep the details you submit for 12 months from the date you send them, after which the stored copy is deleted automatically. If your enquiry becomes a customer relationship, the data moves under the retention terms of that agreement. Correspondence in our email inbox is retained under our normal business-correspondence practice.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing we carried out before you withdrew it.

Write to privacy@analyticsbuddy.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle the data collected through this site, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
